This rice has a bright appearance with some slightly unpolished bits and smaller grains.

米粒擁有光亮的外表，夾雜一些稍微未磨亮的小顆粒與較小的穀粒。

Wonderfully aromatic, beautifully fluffed rice, with integrity of structure, each grain sitting separate, gently resilient while tender on the palate. The sweetness is delightful yet there is palpable depth of rice-grain flavour. The tiny rice grains are like little matt jewels in appearance! This is quite a wonderful rice, giving us a great sense of discovery.

香味極好、美好蓬鬆的米，型狀完整，粒粒分明，口感軟糯帶有些許Q勁。甜味令人愉悅，但有明顯的「米穀味」。這些微小的米粒外表就像小顆的「霧面寶石」！這是絕佳的米，帶給我們極大的新鮮感。

Small, translucent, round and plump grains of rice which have been quite well milled - and many are chipped or cracked. When cooked, they have puffed up to become even more plump and stick to the other grains, without being sticky. It has a pleasant dairy/milky aroma and has been cooked to a good texture - soft but al dente. There is a good sweetness that combines cereal flavour with grassy and nutty tones.

經過充分磨輾的米粒晶瑩剔透、小巧飽滿，但也有需多有缺口或裂開的。煮熟後，米粒膨脹得更飽滿，彼此相黏但不會黏呼呼的。它有怡人的奶香，以及煮得恰好的口感—柔軟但有嚼勁。有優秀的甜味，融合了穀物風味、青草與堅果的芳香。

We loved the level of starch giving a clean rice note on the palate. The grains held their shape well and held a slight crunch which was pleasing. Very versatile and enjoyable with a slightly nutty finish.

A beautiful quality of leaf, really pretty with lots of buds. The wet leaf is wonderfully honeyed. The flavour profile is gentle, but with pineapple and honeyed notes evident, with pleasing persistence. A great example of leaf-hopper bitten Oolong.

茶葉的品質極佳，非常漂亮，有很多芽心。沖泡過後的茶湯有極好的蜜香。整體的風味很柔順，帶有鳳梨與明顯的蜂蜜風味，持久度佳。小綠葉蟬咬過的烏龍中的典範。
